Our mission is to help Colorado probate estate Personal Representatives, Trustees, family and heirs, by valuing, preserving and liquidating estate personal property and real estate, so that they can move forward with their lives.

Russell has been a real estate broker in Colorado
since 1988 and a Certified Residential Appraiser
since 2002. He takes our business personal and
is here to help you with all aspects of probate real
estate, including pricing, marketing, sales,
valuation, appraisals.

Ryan manages all aspects of field operations, including management of property inspectors, landscapers, handyman repair services, sign installations,
pet placement, property photographers and you name it.

Jim Renshaw - Colorado Title Specialist

Currently with Land Title Guarantee Company, Jim has worked in the title insurance industry for over 13 years. He and his staff are experienced in dealing with Colorado probate real estate issues.
Jaynee Brown - Colorado Mortgage Consultant
Partner
Jaynee is currently with Universal Lending and
has been in the mortgage business for over many years. Jaynee helps buyers with special financing programs for probate estate properties, especially if
the properties need repairs and remodeling.
